About Lattice Accounts

Lattice is a private work platform for small teams. Lattice Accounts is its secure front door: it gives each organization its own workspace and keeps hiring, people records, and account access together.

How the Lattice services fit together

Lattice Accounts manages identity, workspaces, and permissions. Lattice Social provides the team communication space. Lattice Workflows handles documents, work orders, and structured team processes. One Lattice identity connects them, while access is still controlled by workspace and role.

Who controls what

The installation-wide App Owner operates the platform. Each Workspace Owner manages only their own organization and its members. Regular members receive only the workspace and tools assigned to them. Workspace records are separated so one organization cannot manage another.

Security and privacy

Lattice uses password protection, required two-factor setup where policy requires it, role-based access, and private workspace boundaries. Test workspaces are intentionally limited so evaluation data cannot be mistaken for live business records.
